Workout Of The Day - 12th April 2011



Sunday's WOD really took me out. AMRAP with heavy reps really hurt so bad, its so good.

  • 20 weighted push ups (10kg)
  • 10 pull ups
  • 5 front squats (40kg)
  • 5 push presses (40kg)
  • 20 weighted push ups (10kg)
  • 10 pull ups
  • 5 front squats (40kg)
